Morning: healthy week

I woke up this morning and started browsing through PINTEREST for inspirational photos for work. When I came across this photo it was what I needed to see. I begin Health Week this week. This means, healthy eating, going to the gym, getting enough sleep and detoxing everyday! If I go through one week, I'll challenge myself for another week. Wish me luck

Starting this morning off with:

50 jumping jacks, 10 pushups (3 sets), 20 crunches (3 sets), 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank
