i feel h&m's totally stepped its game up as a brand over the last two seasons. they're adopting more runway styles and focusing on their designs as opposed to before. i couldn't resist buying this beautiful dress a couple of months ago. the knot at the back and unusual layering adds delicacy to this pale pink piece. i paired the dress with contrasting accessories in black to draw more attention to it. i absolutely adore these velvet wedges. they're the most comfortable pair i have in my closet and are perfect to wear on a night out when i am not in the mood to dress up.

a soft colour palette, plaid prints, stripes and pretty floral prints describe Urban Outfitters Summer collection. i like the outdoorsy and playful setting used for this look book. the pictures capture and deliver a relaxed and light-hearted feeling. the bohemian styled floral dresses are beautiful and perfect for the season. i'm keeping the lace on chiffon dress in mind and those eye popping turquoise shoes. the weather needs to pick up again! can't wait for this summer :) ... xx
