Alexander Wang Pre Autumn Winter 2013

I knew there was no way I wouldn't like Alexander Wang's pre A/W13 collection. I personally think he has the Midas touch when it comes to creating pieces for fall and winter. The collection fuses jersey, knits and leather with the colour palette dominating in black and beautiful grey tones. I love his take on the jogging pants (as seen in the first two photos).

Bags on my SS13 wishlist

Chanel: I can't get over how adorable this lego inspired clutch is. It comes in black, white, red, yellow and blue.

Emilio Pucci: Seems like everyone's favourite colour this season was popular enough to make it into SS13. The delicate golden chain adds beauty to this luxe chic cobalt blue shoulder bag

Burak Uyan: Mr Uyan gives us the classic version of his rustic shoulder purse from SS11. We can see the genius shoe designer also has a knack for making stunning bags.
Lanvin: We were all surprised at the Lanvin show a few weeks back at Fashion Week when models pranced down the runway with these perfume bottle clutch bags. I see it being popular and a cute accessory to carry at an evening event.

Bulgari: Stainless steel and mirrored clutch box, need I say more?
Calvin Klien: The design team at Calvin Klien also deserved an A-star for their take on accessories apart from their admirable minimalistic apparel collection of straight cuts and pearly shades. White reigns the colour trend for SS13 and this shoulder bag seems like the ideal white handbag for the season.

Z Spoke by Zac Posen: I've always been a fan of Zac Posen's breath taking dresses but never found his accessories very appealing. I like this classic black tote for SS13. Its a key piece as it makes a great day to night bag which can be taken to work and then dinner/drinks.

Edita Vilkeviciute x Vogue Japan

How gorgeous is this dress? I love the feathers bunched up on the waist that adds movement to it.

Cambridge Satchel...*heart

Once upon a time there was a woman named Julie Deanne, a mother of two who thought of creating satchel bags from her kitchen. Her idea led to The Cambridge Satchel Company which now stocks in leading department stores such as Selfridges & Harvey Nichols and is a massive hit with bloggers, fashionistas and the press.
Check out her story here!

Estaban Cortazar

Columbian fashion designer Estaban Cortazar did us all a favour by leaving luxury brand Emanuel Ungaro and launching his own eponymous label.
I'd describe him as a minimalistic visionary, an expert at stylistic cuts and textures, the Jil Sander of our time. Twenty eight year old Cortazar launched his collection exclusively to Netaporter during fashion week on the 12th of September 2012. The range offers over thirty pieces at varied price points. View or shop the collection here.

November Shoe Wishlist

Balenciaga
Love these textured colour blocked heels. Candy pink and orange is the cutest combo on these pumps

Nicholas Kirkwood
I'm not a fan of frills but Kirkwood gives us a basic black pair with the perfect feminine touch.
Ash
If I look back at 2012 I'd say my favourite trend was anything and everything with metal on it. Its no surprise that I'm lusting on these studded biker boots by Ash.

Estaban Cortezar
One of my new favourite designers. I absolutely love his work and these gorgeous minimalistic white sandals with metal ankle cuffs

Graphic Eyes

Sometimes I don't pay attention to the beauty part of runway shows because I'm too intrigued or in awe by the brilliance behind each piece showcased on the ramp. I found this photo while browsing through beauty trends on Vogue a few days ago. It was from Mary Katrantzou's show back in February. How cool is this graphic eye liner pattern. If you're an eyeliner buff you can add this to your list of styles. I'm more of a basic eyeliner kinda gal, super thick or super thin...so I might save this trick for halloween or some dress up party! x x

Balmain Resort 2013

I start drooling over the looks from the Balmain Resort 2013 collection every time I lay eyes on them. I want to own atleast 95% of this collection. From the pastel long, boyish blazers, loose fit straight trousers, to the eye catching checkered monochrome + floral printed dresses, shirts and slim fit jeans. This collection reminds me of a wardrobe of a fashionista who lived her twenties in the 1980's. The looks below are my favourite from the collection...yes I have these many. x x

Gray sweaters

One of my off-duty go to looks is a basic soft, gray loose fit sweater with skinny jeans and worn out boots. Gray may be one of the most boring colours from the bunch but I think it gives your look a classic touch. Especially an icy gray like the Alexander Wang sweater above.. x x

Cutler & Gross vintage

Graham Cutler and Tony Gross opened their first store in 1969. Their specialty was creating hand made optic frames which they still continue to do so in their factory in Cadore, Italy. I love their classic, simple designs and over thick statement frames. The sunglasses above are my favourite and are from their vintage collection.

Giuseppe's Sculptures

Giuseppe Zanotti shares sculptured booties in his A/W 12 collection. They will range between £400 to £2000. If you have cash to splash I'd recommend you get a pair as it'd make a great addition to your shoe rack! Especially the ones with the golden spikes, very Lady Gaga-esque. x x

Isabeli Fontana x H&M Beach Sensation

Ooh La La! The Brazilian beauty, Isabeli Fontana sizzles in the campaign for H&M's collection 'Beach Sensation'. The swimsuit collection consists of one piece and two piece bathing suits in the season's trends of floral, abstract prints and bright colour blocking. I love the cut-out one piece in the photo above. Isn't she too tanned though? I think they got too carried away with the bronzer .. x x
